Tremont Nail Online Shopping Information

Most Tremont nails are available in three box sizes: 1 lb., 5 lb. and 50 lb.
Nails over 4" are not packed in 1 or 5 pound boxes.

Definitions:

Standard: A steel cut nail with a powder gray finish which can be clinched; not a hardened nail.
Hardened: A nail which has been heat-treated and tempered for special hardness.
Hot-Dipped Galvanized: A zinc-coated nail, hot-dipped in molten zinc, to resist rusting. These are not hardened nails. However, special order nail can be hardened and then hot-dipped.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Orders of this nature will be shipped by Parcel Post. Orders to the territories and possessions of the USA are shipped Parcel Post. Most orders ship within three working days unless unusually high demand has temporarily depleted our stock. If this occurs, we will advise you when you can expect delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information on special shipping charges.

Should you require faster shipping service, Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select shipping services are available. Please do so when you check out your order.

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact our Customer Service Department. They will arrange to either have the merchandise picked up or provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For returns, your account will be credited less a 20% restock charge. Simply return the merchandise to us prepaid by either UPS or Parcel Post. The RMA number must be referenced on the return box.

For defective merchandise, we will gladly replace the product or give you full credit.

Non U.S. Orders

We accept U.S. funds only, and for your convenience we recommend you use a credit card or bank money order. Personal checks or money orders are not accepted unless drawn on a U.S. bank. Import duties are paid by you, directly to your government.
